After some 30 years presenting on various radio stations — from pirate to hospital to local community, and many different live events over the years, since 2023 he has been presenting his own breakfast show. It’s three hours of “feel good” music, every weekday morning from 7am to 10am.

The show includes music from the golden era of the ’60s through to the ’00s. It’s packed with music facts and info, and some great features throughout — “’80s at 8”: 30 minutes of 80s classics from 8 o’clock; “The Workout Track”: something lively to workout to each morning; “The 5 at 9”, five tracks in a row just after 9 o’clock, leaving you to try and guess the years to win your own “virtual gold star award”; “The Midway Extended Play”: a daily classic 12-inch extended mix; “Born today in music history”; “Featured Classic Album”: we pick a classic album each week, and play a track every day at 9.30 — and if all that wasn’t enough to quench your thirst for good music and great radio, there’s “The Theme Tune Finish” at the end of every show, jogging memories of sometimes long-forgotten TV shows you absolutely would not miss back in the day.
